Experience
Vijay comes with over thirty years’ experience in various facets of Finance, Secretarial and Legal aspects in numerous companies that he was associated with. He started his career in ITC Limited and moved on as a Finance Resource to Companies involved in setting up Thermal, Hydro and Wind Projects. He thereafter took charge as the Financial Controller of Cyberabad Convention Centre Private Ltd as part of Hyderabad International Convention Centre and Novotel Hotel
He was then Financial Controller for the Golf Course and Integrated Township Project of Emaar Hills Township, Hyderabad. His strengths include working closely with Government organizations, developing strategic vision and business plans, developing go-to-market strategies, driving superlative corporate governance and ethical standards, audits, assurance, and compliances.
Prior to joining Capital Fortunes, Vijay was the CFO of Nabha Power Limited (a 100% Subsidiary of L&T Limited).
Vijay is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University.
