Experience
Chaya, a qualified Chartered Accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University. She currently serves as an Investment Banking Analyst at Capital Fortunes, where she is part of the Capital Projects and Infrastructure team.
Prior to this role, Chaya spent three years with Laxminiwas and Co. in Audit and Assurance services. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in statutory audits, internal audits, and limited reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (equivalent to IFRS) for various clients, including listed, unlisted, and private entities.
Additionally, she has expertise in testing internal controls to assess risks and the material impact of controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for the entities she worked with. Chaya’s key skills include financial modelling and financial statement analysis.
